Admission to Profi School for 2026–2027: steps, documents and fees

Admission to grades 0–11 for the 2026–2027 academic year is open. Places in each year group are limited — our classes are deliberately small, and that is a principle rather than a marketing line. The earlier you go through the admission steps, the calmer September will be for your child.
This article covers the whole path from the first enquiry to the first school day: what to do, which documents to gather, how the entrance assessment works and what tuition costs.
The path to school — four steps
1. Submit an enquiry
Leave your number in the form on our website or call us. We will call you back, answer your questions and invite you to a free trial lesson and a tour of the school — classrooms, canteen and sports hall.
2. Entrance test or interview
We assess your child's actual knowledge, interests and strengths rather than how well they memorise. The format depends on age — details below.
3. Submit documents
The full list is in the next section. Nothing unusual — all standard paperwork.
4. A five-day settling-in period
Your child attends class for five days and gets to know the teachers and the daily routine. Only after that is enrolment confirmed. This protects both your child and you: you decide having seen the school from the inside, not from a brochure.
Entrance assessment: who takes what
- Grades 1–5 — interview with the child and parents.
- Grades 6–9 — test in exact, natural and social-humanities subjects.
- Grades 10–11 — interview and choice of academic track.
For primary school there is no "exam" in any intimidating sense — it is a relaxed conversation. For middle school the test tells us where to start and where your child will need support in the first months.
Documents to prepare
- Application addressed to the principal
- Copy of the birth certificate (4 copies)
- Copy of a parent's ID document (4 copies)
- Medical record
- 3×4 photographs
- Hepatitis A vaccination certificate
- Transfer slip from the previous school
- Digital education platform key
A practical tip: prepare the copies and photographs in one go in advance — that is the single thing that most often delays families at this stage.
Tuition for the 2026–2027 academic year
7,223,000 UZS per month for grades 0–11, or 65 million UZS for the academic year.
Already included:
- three meals a day;
- school uniform;
- textbooks;
- all clubs and sports sections;
- trips and excursions;
- university preparation, IELTS/SAT for grades 10–11.
The only separate item is the school bus — 1,400,000 UZS per month. Routes cover 10 of Tashkent's 11 districts.
Discounts: 5% for a second child in the family, plus special terms for early payment.
The all-inclusive package is deliberate: no invoice arrives in November for an excursion, in January for the robotics club and in March for textbooks. One figure, known in advance.
Electives — already included
- Robotics — from assembly to programming.
- Chess — the best training ground for focus and planning.
- IELTS — systematic preparation for senior grades.
- Drawing club — for children who need a creative outlet.
No separate registration and no extra fee.
When to start
Ideally two to three months before the academic year begins. That is enough time to take the assessment without rushing, collect the documents and complete the settling-in week. If you are reading this closer to September, call anyway — places do come up, but they go quickly.
Frequently asked questions
Can a child transfer mid-year? Yes. The procedure is the same: assessment, documents, settling-in period. Teachers will build a plan to help your child catch up with the programme.
What if my child does not pass the entrance test? The test is not there to filter children out — it establishes their level. If the gap with the programme is large, we will say so honestly and propose a preparation plan.
Is the bus included in the fee? No, it is the only separate line — 1,400,000 UZS per month. Routes cover 10 of Tashkent's 11 districts.
Is there homework support after lessons? Yes, homework is done at school under teachers' supervision, so the evening workload at home is minimal.
Is the trial lesson really free? Yes. So is the school tour.
